r-(s-HIV-1 Oligopeptide-1 Tripeptide-44 sh-Polypeptide-100 Tripeptide-44 sh-Polypeptide-100 Tripeptide-44 s-HIV-1 Oligopeptide-1) is a single chain fusion peptide, produced by fermentation in E. coli. The starting gene is synthesized by the fusion of the genes encoding for s-HIV-1 Oligopeptide-1, Tripeptide-44, and sh-Polypeptide-100. The fusion peptide contains 73 amino acids which may contain disulfide bonds and/or glycosylation, and consists of the proper sequence of the 20 standard amino acids.
